Subscription

What does Glimsi Premium include?

New stories whenever your child asks: from the story worlds, your own ideas, the story dice and tomorrow's plan, plus sequels. It also includes narration in your own cloned voice. The Little Library's free stories stay free.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

On the iPhone, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Glimsi. You can also do this in the app, under Setup › Subscription. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

I subscribed but Premium isn't unlocked

Open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Voices

How does the cloned voice work?

In Setup › Voice Cloning, record a short sample in a quiet room. Glimsi builds the narrator voice on your iPhone, and the recording never leaves the device. Only clone your own voice, or the voice of someone who has clearly agreed to it. Voice cloning is available for English stories.

How do I delete a cloned voice?

In Setup › Voice Cloning, swipe left on the voice and tap Delete. Deleting the app also deletes every recording.

Why does a voice need to download?

Some voice models are large, so they download once, over Wi-Fi by default, instead of making the app bigger for everyone. After that they work offline.

Romanian stories

In Setup › App Language, choose Română. The whole app switches to Romanian, and the stories are written and read in Romanian, with ten Romanian voices to choose from.

A story didn't seem right

Stories are written by AI and checked for safety, but no check is perfect. In the player, tap the report button. Glimsi removes the story from your library and opens an email to us with the story text, so we can look into it.
